Terms of Service

Effective: February 9, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using BookLeaf (bookleaf.us), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

BookLeaf is a scheduling tool that integrates with Google Calendar. It allows you to share your availability, accept bookings, create calendar events, send email notifications, and optionally generate Google Meet links for meetings.

Accounts

A Google account is required to use BookLeaf as a host. You must provide accurate information and choose a unique username. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Create spam or fraudulent bookings
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform

As a host, you are responsible for the accuracy of your availability settings.

Google Calendar Integration

BookLeaf accesses your Google Calendar with your explicit consent via OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent BookLeaf from checking your availability or creating events on your behalf.

Bookings

Bookers must provide a valid email address, which is verified via a confirmation link. Both hosts and bookers are expected to honor confirmed bookings. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled using the links provided in notification emails.

Intellectual Property

BookLeaf owns the platform, its design, and its code. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the service, you grant BookLeaf a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimers

BookLeaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for missed meetings, calendar synchronization issues, email delivery failures, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookLeaf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using BookLeaf at any time and revoke Google Calendar access from your Google Account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of BookLeaf after changes constitutes acceptance.
